Antaki’s photo series ‘The Guardians’ is a growing catalogue of shopkeepers around the world. Currently he has visited nine cities includes Vegas, London, Amsterdam, and Vienna finding shops and the people who work in them.
On his journey so far, Antaki has said: “These places are sometimes magical, overloaded with elements, colours and stories, guarded by these characters who are sometimes touching, funny, quirky and at times frightening.” So, we thought we’d share some of his photographs as his collection grows:
